By accessing or using the professional IT consulting services provided by Andrew Marty (doing business as "The Digital Doctor"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of my services.

While I strive to provide consistent availability, I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time. I will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes or interruptions to the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. I will notify clients of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this website.
